I need my Doctor to fill out a form for my graduate school, saying that I am current in my immunizations.
However, I have not seen my Doctor in several years. I am 24, young, and healthy, and therefore don't really see the point in a yearly physical (I know some of you will say that is wrong, but that's not the issue here).
Two years ago, I even saw a different doctor for a physical, but I only needed the physical because I was applying to a summer job that required it. This doctor was not available at the time.
