How do I play new games with my moded ps2 ?

I have a ps2 with a mod chip in it, so I can play import games. But some of the newer games I own don't work. When I try to play the games the screen bounces up, and down. I know this is because of an anti piracy device in the game. How do I bypass it so the game functions normally?
