How do I play GTA IV: Ballad of Gay Tony on Xbox 360?

I downloaded both GTA IV and purchased the episode, and I was wondering how to start it. I've already beaten GTA IV before but on a different HDD (still my account though), but I think it might not let me start it because I have to do a playthrough the original first.

Can someone tell me if this is true, if not, then how to start the game.
