how do i play backup games on xbox 360?

Hello, I'm trying to find out how to back up & play backup games on xbox 360. I will be willing to take risks. I will NOT Buy a mod Chip or install a mod chip. I have the latest version on my xbox 360, as its always connected online. I need an in-depth Tutorial on how to do this. I have a Dvd burner. i can access my Xbox 360 hard drive thru sata II cable.
