children without a lawyer in kansas? The current order from our divorce states that i get to see my children every other weekend and every other holiday. I end up sacrificing every christmas day with my girls, however, because my ex trades me a few days of their christmas break for Christmas day. Now that my ex is remarried, He wont let me have my girls for any of the summer break, and i would like to petition the court and request that i get them 6 weeks in the summer, every other spring break, and half of christmas break. I cant afford a lawyer, but i am determined to do this regardless. I called the county court house and they were cluless. Can anyone help me please?
