How do I permenantly delete applications from my BlackBerry Tour?

I went into my Advanced Options and deleted the ones I wanted to, then restarted it.

My phone says their uninstalled, but the icons are still there. Is there any way to get rid of them completely?
And is there a way to move a folder into another folder?
