I'm an 18 year old female and have a PT test at drill in exactly 4 weeks.
I've been working on pushups and situps, but how many do I have to do to pass?
I know I have to run a mile in less than 10:30, but I don't have any idea how to get there. I've never done a lot of running, so I definitely need to start with a walk-run program, but the ones I've found have been 6 to 8 weeks or longer.
If I don't pass I'll have to do extra PT, so please help me figure out what I need to do to pass.
