How do I pass photos from my samsung camera to my computer?

I took pictures with my Samsung TL225 (without the micro SD memory) so the pictures were saved to the internal memory. Now at my house, I can not find a way to pass the photos from the camera to the external memory, therefore I cant put them onto my computer.

Any bright ideas on making this possible?
This camera doesnt come with a USB cable and isnt blue tooth capable
