How do I pass gym class!? HELP!!!?

This Monday we have a test in gym class. It's this stupid thing called Dong Dong where you have to run from one side to the other in time to the tune which goes Dong dong dong dong...It starts out really slow and its gets really fast as you go..you have to run 90 times to get a 100! It's too late to practice now but help!!!! Last time we did this in September I could only run 36 at best, but i REALLY need to pass this time. How do I keep myself going on Monday???

p.s. Please don't say anything like you can't do it; I'm already discouraged as it is.
