How do I pass a part in Rivers of Blood level in the game Clive Barker's Jericho?

I'm stuck on the level "Rivers of Blood" in the game. I'm at the part where you have to interact with church to kill the final Behemoth (the huge monsters) and I press all the buttons right but she just falls off and I have to try again. Can someone help me? I'm playing it on the Xbox 360 btw.
