how do i part of my head on a pic to a pic of ryan sheckler?

that guy's mega ugly.
use photoshop.
but if anything, i'd paste a pic on HIS head instead.
 
Gimp has a nice tool called magic scissors. Whenever I photoshop heads onto someone else's body for fun, I always use it. Use it on the outline of your head, then paste it on his body, then use the smearing tool on the edges to make it look realistic.
