make sure you have the bluetooth switch turned on on the headphones. Or you can see if those headphones are compatible with the ipod touch on the manufacturer's website. If it still doesn't recognize it, try restoring you itouch but back it up first, there may be some software malfunction. Finally if that doesn't work take it to apple, they won't charge you if it is still under the year warranty.
