How do i pair my Bluetooth to ps3?

I had it paired the first time.. it automatically paired it seemed...
Its a RocketFish Rf-gps31104... Got not instrunctions for it...

I know how to turn it on and Off... but theres the on n off button and two top buttons...

How do i pair it now?? i deleted it the first time register off my ps3 and now it wont register.
