How do I paint ABS fairings? Do I use lacquer, urethane, or what paint/ primer?

I want to know what kind of primer and paint I should use to work best with abs plastic fairings on a motorcycle. I have read about lacquer, urethane, and something that must be way too expensive called catalyzed paint. I think I spelled that wrong. thanks
