How do I override Neopets CSS/HTML (petpet question)?

I want to replace the image of a petpet on my Neopet's lookup with the image of a different petpet. I've seen this kind of thing done before but never could find the code that allows this. I want to do this without having to have the actual petpet on my account (it costs like 50 million NP...)
