how do i overcome this fear into talking to my crush?

My crush sits right next to me in PE. (Physical education) we sometimes make small talk. But I want to flirt. But....were surrounded by her friends. Her friend sits infront of me. Her other friend sits behind her and another friend sits infront of her.....how do I overcome this fear into not caring that her friends are RIGHT there? It makes me feel like I'm going to say the wrong thing. What do I do?
