I'm making a scrapbook type page of memories as a school assignment.
My background is basically a collage of pictures, and then i have some writing on top.
I need to outline the writing in order to make it really pop.
Ive been told that this is possible, I'm just not sure how to do it.
So, say i had white letters, how would i be able to outline it in black?
No matter how simple it is, step by step instructions would be great! i am so confused by the new word and really suck when it comes to technology.
