How do I organize a march madness pool?

Everyone at work wants to be in on it but nobody wants to organize it so I said I'd look into it. I've been checking it out online and I've heard there's a free one on espn.com where you make an account with everyone in your pool... but I can't find it! It think it'll be a lot of fun if the technical stuff gets worked out!
