I'm 14 years old and I want to buy one of those Visa Pre-paid cards that you can get from wal-mart, so I can buy stuff online. I want to buy some clothing and I heard that pay-pal accepts these cards, but considering I've never bought anything online before I have no idea how to use pay-pal or even how these cards work. If anyone could explain it to me it would be greatly appreciated
