how do i open rear door stuck in chevy blazer 2000?

the rear door on my car is stuck. when i press the button on the remote or on the door, i can hear the electric circuit tries to opne but could not
 
if it is the rear hatch that you are referring to then you will have to pull off the interior panel. This will be difficult as the door is closed, but once inside there you will be able to locate the mechanism that operates the door. Very similar if it is one of the side rear doors only more difficult to remove the panel.
