How do I open closed eye's in Photo shop Elements 7?

I know it's hard to do & takes alot of practice.
Can anyone tell me how to do it?

Would you be able to explain to me how I would copy the eyes? (:
 
The easiest way is to copy and paste that person's opened eye from another photo. Mess with the lighting until it matches the picture with the closed eye, then put the eye over the closed eye.
