How do I open another flash file in flash?

I'm making a flash file, that is basically a menu, I want to be able to click a button on the menu to open another flash file that I have already saved.

I also want to current window to close and open up the new file in a new window.

Preferably with all the same dimensions if possible, like the window in the same place, size of screen, fonts, color's etc. though I'm quite happy to do this part manually.

A simple close window, open new window with another flash file is all I need.

I'm using flash 8, also will I need to save the other file as an SWF before i can test it?

You can use this on a button to make it open another .swf file.
