I am representing myself in a hearing in family court against the respondent in a child support matter where the respondent is looking at jail time for his 5th willful violation in 3 years. I have recently requested employment verification from his employer with no cooperation. I am wondering how I can go about getting a subpoena duce tecum to present in court at the hearing? Any advice you can share would be greatly appreciated.
