I am 15 years old and a sophomore in high school. I was diagnosed with celiac disease about 9 months ago. I've been on the gluten free diet ever since then. Symptoms did improve, but I've noticed that when I run (I'm on the track team at school) the stomach issues return. If I take a few days off, things go back to normal, so I can't help but think running is the cause. I really enjoy running and don't want to quit if I don't have to. Is this common and is there anything I can do that would help?
