This is sort of an absurd question, but I need help navigating the T-Mobile pre-paid call service in Dutch. I bought a pincode so I can get more minutes on my phone, but everything is in dutch so I can’t understand it. I don’t think there is a way to redeem the code online, because it only has options for buying minutes directly with a bank account. I call 1244 like the receipt says, but then it starts listing options in Dutch with no cognates that I recognize, and no option for English. Does anyone have a t-mobile pre-paid phone, and know the menu options to input to redeem one of these codes? Thanks!
