How do I Mount ISO Image to a USB Flash Drive?

I have an iso image that I downloaded that cannot for some reason be extracted, but it can be mounted. The PC that I want to put it on does not have a CD drive but I have a USB stick. Is there a program out there that can mount a ISO Image to a USB stick
I NEED to mount to a USB Drive because I am loading an OS on it and I need it to be on a USB drive
I am not able to copy files when mounted because I get an error
