How do I mount an image?

Download a program called Power ISO, after you install it where you want it right click on the file, theirs gonna be a golden CD in the right click menu, hover your mouse on it and select set number of drives, select 1 or more (if your mounting more then one). Then right click it again, this time hover over the golden cd again and click on the options to mount the image. I think next to the golden CD it says Power ISO. Good luck it's not to hard and remarkably useful.
 
I made an image using nero 9 trial, but now have no clue how I mount it. I know I can't right click on it and click mount like I've know other programs do, so how am I supposed to?
