how do i mount a picture on a mounting board?

i'm taking a photography and my del mar pictures are due next week and the only way i can get my film and pictures developed is if i have walmart or something do it. If a store prints out my picture, how do i mount the picture onto a mounting board.My teacher told me that if you are mounting a colo picture you have to use this spray and with black and white paper you use tissue. Since mine is going to be done in a store, how do i mount it onto a mounting board?
