I go to alot of parties and feel left out because they are people from a whole other class. My family isn't poor, but we work for what we have and thats how I was brought up. These get togethers my family go to are always with people who inherit money or are really well off. When I try to start a convo they walk away in less then 3 minutes as if they are bored with me. I'm not trying to fit in, but these parties are boring and my family forces me to go to them. Just wondering if you have any tips on not boring anyone while at these parties. (By the way any other party with people I have no problem getting to know people its just these certain parties this happens.)
How do I mingle at these parties?
