Im 18 and i live in a nice neighborhood...and this new girl moved in..shes lives like 5 houses down. I honestly only noticed that she moved in the neigborhood cause she was driving a nice car lol but the only time i have seen her is when she is in her car...just driving home from wherever or going to wherever...how in the world am i supposed to meet her without comming off as mr. creeper?...i don't want to go to the door cause she lives with her parents and thats creepy anyway...any advice?
