How do I master clear a Samsung A640?

I just upgraded my phone and have transferred all of my contacts. I want to wipe the Samsung phone clear (erase all texts, pictures, downloads, contacts). Is there a way I can do that all at once or do I have to manually erase each thing one at a time?

The phone doesn't have a SIM card, if that makes a difference.
