So I got a MONGO zit right over my lip (not a cold sore, an honest to god zit) on Wednesday, and it came to a head Thursday. I popped it, the pus came out, and then I put some toothpaste on it. It went down significantly.
But now, the surrounding skin is red and dry, and it seems to have developed a scab. I really, REAAAALLY want it to be gone by tomorrow. The zit itself is gone; no more remaining pus, just red tough skin. Is there any way I could get rid of it by tomorrow, or at least get rid of the redness?
