I have Macromedia Flash 8. I created some text. Converted it to a Symbol, a button. I edited the button, giving it a blur on Down, Hit and Over. Then I used on (press) for a URL link.
When I test the movie, it just appears as text that I can highlight rather than a rectangular button I can click. And it doesn't blur.
