How do I make my Sims slow dance?

My sim has a want to slow dance but it's not an option..
People say you have to have nightlife
All I have is sims2pets so I don't know why it would even be a want if I can't do it.

Plz help.
 
Hello there,
What type of machine do you use? Nintendo ds, computer, ps2 etc. Is it slowing down or you would like to slow it down? It may be the machine, screen, electronics in the device or game!
