How do I make my Samsung A737 ring again?

My Samsung A737 is stuck in vibrate mode. Even when I have it on the normal profile. All the settings are on vibrate and ring. Nothing will play, music, ringtones, games, alarms or any button noises. Its just stuck in vibrate mode. I will reset it if necessary, but I'm not sure how to do that either. Usually when I have it in vibrate mode, it will still play music, but not in this case. I don't understand this at all. I have had my phone for 3 years, with no problems, whatsoever. I just need to try and fix this. Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advanced! -Kevin
