How do i make my eye look bolder by using eyeliner... all i have is mascara tho?

So my friend looks rlly pretty with bold eyeliner. i want just a thin one. but i have no eyeliner

. all i have is pink eyeshadow, mascara, and an eyeshadow brush, but it rlly isnt a brush with strands, i mean its like a ball of cotton thing sponge magigger.

how do i get my eyes to look like it has mascara?
