How do I make my dog stop pooping in one particular room? He does it even...

...when he just went.? I have a 1 1/2 year old German Shepherd puppy. My husband is in the military, so we have moved once with our dog. He is completely potty trained but we have an issue related to him pooping in the house. At the new house, he has chosen one room to always poop in. If the door is open and we are not in there, he will poop regardless of whether he had to or not. We have used a carpet washer and a hand held carpet washer to clean up after him. Most of the time we leave the door closed. He can open the dorr to that room too, which doesn`t help. We dog sit for our friends at times, and one of our friends dogs was over and followed my husband into the same room and pooped immediately upon entering in there. The room just reeks of pee. I`m at a loss of what to do and how to get my dog and occasionally other dogs to stop pooping and peeing in there. And is there some kind of cleaner to take the pee smell away? And my dog has very very rare occasions of going potty in the house ( other than that room). If he does have an accident in the house, he tries to find the furthest spot from the main areas we hang out in to go potty and usually chooses tile over carpet. Any suggestions on how to make that room a poop free room?
