How do i make my dirt bike faster?

i want my 2002 200cc honda xr to have more power, and i want to know how to do this without buying any parts or boring out my cylinder or anything like that. the only thing i can think of is to put a bigger jet in my carburrator, is there some thing else i can do like mess with my valves or do somthing to my carrburator without spending any money?
