How do I make my car stereo turn on when i turn my key one notch to the right

instead of two? Okay... I admit,.. The structure of that opening question is just awful, however I hope you get the jist..

The reason i want to make my cd player come on, on the first twist of the key is so that I can listen to my music whenever without burning out my ignition coil..

Any ideas.. ??
 
There should be an "accessory" position on the ignition. If your stereo doesn't turn on when in that position, it has been wired incorrectly.
