how do i make my 93 mazda mx-6 look better?

my car has been recked but has been fixed but with other color parts my car is silver with red bumper and hood basicly the front end except the fenders other than that it is in perfict condition all though my head lights look dall how can i make the car look better and cool with out spending alot of money cuse i don't have money to fix the color so i won't have much money to spend on alot and how to make the headlights look more see through and not look like old headlights...thanks!!! this is chris and i don't know how to reply it won't let me so send answer to yahoomail at [email protected] or u could just write what u think on here!!!!! thanks
