how can i get my chevy to be more responsive,is a 350 tbi motor with a 4l60e trans np241 tcase and the gears im not sure of mabey 373? i duno ive done tune up ive change the coil to a msd coil i went cheap on the dist cap and rotor button so its nothin fancy duralast plugs are autolite and wires are duralast new air filter, anyone got some pointers?

bearing in mind that it was built for torque and 4wd ,not drag racing, that said i'd put a Hypertech Power Programmer on it,gives modest(25)hp increasebut fine tunes the rest ,getting the most out of what's there, try their website .com for details

what size tires are you running?

if your K5 has been lifted and/or is running larger tires you may need to change differential gears. stock was probably 373, but if you are running 33" tires then going to 410 gears will bring you back to stock engine rpm rangeand add a lot of performance.

hope this helps
