i am going to become a rally car driver and i have a stock 02 celica. i want to make it fast, just to show everyone it is a real sports car. all you see really in todays rally is lancer, wrx sti, and few others. i want to bring one of the most popular sports cars back to life. what engine can i fit in it. it little 140 hp front wheel drive sucks. i am aware i will need to replace EVERYTHING on the car besides the body. I am willing to. but the engine and transmission is what i need to start with. any body with experience and knowledge who can help me?
to comment on the answer i just got, for further reference. you obviously dont know want rally car racing is, 1 you dont want muscle 2 you dont want a v8. you obviously dont know what your talking about by even mentioning a mustang, camaro, or challenger. and i didnt just by the celica, had it since 02, so im not hurting the economy by not going out and spending money on a car that is not needed for my profession. and to add more, i already own a 2010 camaro ss, sooooooo..... there ya go. so anyone who actually knows what there talking about not someone who just feels like reminding the rest of us our economy and government sucks?
