How do i make it where i can display the latest uploaded picture on my website? Im

guessing it might be php? Iv'e had my own website/portfolio for a while now, but im looking to start making it better, and i would like to figure out how to make it where i can upload something i have made and have the latest thing i have uploaded be displayed on the front page, maybe showing some of the past uploads too, im am going to be making a flash website, so any help would be nice
 
Try doing it in PHP + MySQL... its easy...
Once you have the base database...
You can integrate it into FLASH.....
