How do I make friends while working at a camp?

I know it sounds easy, but I'm volunteering at a day camp this summer and there's two guys that I know from school, but have never really talked to. Today I walked up to their lunch table and sat down, and they included me in their conversation, but lunch is the only time we're together, and I don't really know what to talk about. They seem kind of awkward, like they don't talk to girls much. Any ideas?

Also, I DO NOT have a crush on either of these guys, so there's not that awkward tension for me.
 
really wish i can help you but am a very shy person and i don't know how to answer that but maybe you could seat more with them, and whenever they plunge into a conversation, pretend like you are interested and maybe they will even wanna hang out with you more. hope i helped.
