How do I make flash games?

I know this question has probably been asked many times, but I need help making a Flash game. Could somebody point me towards some software, tutorials, etc. that might help me? Please assume I have no or very little knowledge of programming. I have many, many ideas, but no talent as of yet. My goal is to create games to submit onto Kongregate, and perhaps make some money doing so. Thanks!
 
You, of course, need adobe flash. Knowledge of action script would help. There are many reliable tutorials and forums on using flash, learning programing, action script, etc. Try googling Flash tutorials, Action Script Tutorials, Etc. Flash Help (F1) Helps a lot too.
