how do i make custom things for my sim on sims 2 like furniture or face paints

or suits or shirts? also can i make different colored shades for glasses and custom hair (i cant register my product through the site do im making my own stuff instead of exchanging over the site
and yes i tried to register through the site AND the installation and it says someone entered the code al ready and i swear that i didnt
