I also would like to know how to make music even if I have to buy software or hardware. But I would prefer that all for free though.

Hmm.. Music, you can download "GARAGE BAND". It's free, but you can get packs for more.
Movies, I don't know.
And games, A simple program is Yo Yo game's gamemaker. It doesn't take much, and you can make great flash games with it!
