How do i make an htaccess file to redirect domain to a subdirectory?

Right now:

http://www.mydomain.com --> http://ip.ip.ip.ip

What i want: (how do i do this is what im asking)

http://www.mydomain.com --> http://ip.ip.ip.ip/folder/anotherfolder
