How do I make an animation/video of something i do on paint?

im doing a project for business and i plan on having a little (picture in picture effect) square video of somebody explaining a concept in the top corner as the graph that shows what that person is saying is being animated. I wanna make the animation myselff on paint so does anyond know i will be able to do that
