how do i make an aggressive spotted salamander non aggressive?

I have had them for a month now and i have 2
The female when ever i try to feed her she bites my fingers and jumps for it instead of the mealworm
Im now terrified of them because this was my first time and it just made me hate salamanders
So should i trade it or teach it who's the boss
please help me tame it
